Bard College at Simon's Rock Young Writers Workshop

The Young Writers Workshop uses informal, playful expressive writing to strengthen skills of language and thinking. Students develop more polished pieces from poems and stories to personal narratives and reflective essays through peer response and small, collaborative classes. The workshop is designed to prepare students for the kind of writing and reading they will encounter in college.
